Perfect_crystal – superseded by the contrib chapter’s Bragg_crystal_simple/Bragg_crystal_BC family.
Lens_parab_rough, Lens_parab_Cyl_rough – early, roughness-aware refractive lens models, superseded by the current Lens_parab/Lens_parab_Cyl components (see the Optics chapter).
Lens_Kinoform – an early kinoform refractive lens model.
This chapter is intentionally text-only: none of the components above ever had a full manual entry of their own (Perfect_crystal, Lens_Kinoform and the _rough lens variants only ever carried short documentation stubs), so there is nothing further to reproduce here beyond the summary above.
